Jay Freestone

Hi, my name is Jay Freestone and I’m a fully qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer. I’m very enthusiastic and I love helping and watching people progress and achieve their personal goals whilst having fun at the same time.

I’ve had three competitive fights for HB – all of which I won. During the training camps, I changed both mentally and physically and I am fully aware that training hard and eating right keeps you motivated, happy and most importantly, healthy. I love training and always strive to better myself and beat my personal bests – it helps me to grow as a person but also enables me to transfer my knowledge over to my clients during their sessions.

I specialise in boxing coaching, general fitness and weight loss. While I do tailor every session to the individual client, I also like to include some form boxing because it adds an element of fun and also has extreme health benefits.

Georgia Wright

My name is Georgia Wright. I am a fully qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer. I am very passionate about martial arts as I started karate at the age of only 4, gaining my black belt at the age of 10. I then went on to kick boxing at the age of 14 and then discovered Honeys Boxing in 2016 where I have been training regularly ever since.

After many years of exercising I’ve discovered the best way to exercise is to do something which is fun and that you enjoy and that is exactly what I’ve found at Honeys Boxing.

I specialise in boxing fitness and body fat reduction / toning. I’m eager to help people change their lives for the better physically and mentally.

Donnie Lewis

My name is Donnie Lewis. I started my boxing journey in 2012 and have never looked back!

Since graduating from university, my passion for fitness increased dramatically and motivated me to pursue a career within the industry. It allows me to enjoy doing what I love and help others to hit their fitness goals whilst learning a sport that has extreme health benefits.

I’m a fully qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer. I specialise in boxing and general fitness.

Perry Hirst

My name is Perry Hirst and I’m a fully qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer. After always having an interest, I started boxing in 2018- since then it’s been a passion of mine. Due to this, I have a keen desire to teach people the sport, achieve their goals and also watch them progress along their journey in boxing. I had my first competitive bout in 2019 which I won and I have now now gone on to compete as an amateur boxer. I believe that boxing can have a huge impact on a persons life. Learning from this sort of training has helped to create a positive and focused mindset which is something as a trainer I am looking forward to helping other people create. Each person has a different story and goal, which means each session will be made for that individual with the added bonus of learning boxing whilst having fun.
